Shipping Policy

If the item is a regular stock item and available, it will be shipped from Japan to addresses in the United States, and delivery is expected to take approximately one week after the shipment from Japan. If the item is shipped from within the United States, delivery will take a few days.

For custom-made items or items that are currently out of stock, please allow up to one month from the date of shipment.

We strive to provide prompt and efficient shipping services to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as customs procedures and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Returns & Policy

For members who have registered, we provide a 90-day warranty for knock bats and a 30-day warranty for game bats.

In the event of a return, please send us photos of the entire item clearly showing the problematic area, as well as a photo of the grip end.

We understand that sometimes issues may arise with our products, and we want to ensure that your concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. By providing detailed photos, it helps us better assess the situation and expedite the resolution process for you.

Please note that the warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions, but it does not extend to damages caused by misuse or normal wear and tear. If the issue falls within the warranty terms, we will gladly assist you with a replacement or repair.
